Delivery timeframes, special orders and customer responsibilities

1. Delivery Area

GrandCaster primarily supplies customers in the United Arab Emirates. Delivery outside the UAE is available only where expressly agreed in a written quotation, including the applicable shipping charges, customs responsibilities and delivery terms.

2. Stock Products

Products confirmed as in stock are normally dispatched or delivered within 2–3 working days after order confirmation and satisfaction of any stated payment requirements. Friday, public holidays and non-working days may affect timing.

3. Customized and Special-Order Products

Customized, made-to-order and special-order products normally have an estimated production lead time of approximately 30 days. Delivery time is additional unless the quotation states otherwise. Production begins only after final specifications, commercial terms and any required payment are confirmed.

4. Delivery Estimates

All delivery and production timeframes are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Delays may occur because of stock availability, manufacturing, carrier conditions, customs, weather, public holidays, incorrect delivery information or events outside our reasonable control. We will communicate material delays where practical.

5. Delivery Charges and Receipt

Delivery charges, if any, will be stated in the quotation or order confirmation. The customer must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, access details and an authorised recipient. Additional costs caused by failed delivery, restricted access or incorrect customer information may be charged to the customer.

6. Inspection on Delivery

The customer should inspect the packaging and products upon delivery and record visible damage or shortages with the carrier where possible. Report damaged, defective, incorrect or missing products to us within 7 calendar days.

7. Risk and Ownership

Risk in the products passes to the customer upon delivery to the agreed location or authorised recipient, unless the quotation states otherwise. Ownership passes only after GrandCaster receives full payment, to the extent permitted by law.
